FEATURED PROJECTS
Marylebone – Grade II Listed Apartment (NW1)
A complete refurbishment of a Grade II listed apartment, personally led from planning through to completion.
Located within a Grade II listed building in the heart of Marylebone, this project involved the complete renovation of a period apartment, requiring thoughtful planning, careful coordination and a sensitive approach to both the building's heritage and the practical constraints of working within a central London residential block.
From the outset, Full Circle was appointed to lead the project on behalf of the homeowners, bringing together a trusted team of specialist craftspeople and coordinating every stage of the renovation. Working within the restrictions of a listed property, with limited site access and the logistical challenges of a fourth-floor apartment, careful sequencing, procurement and day-to-day project leadership were essential to maintaining progress and delivering a consistently high standard throughout.
Our role extended well beyond the construction itself. We guided the clients through key decisions, coordinated specialist trades, managed material procurement and ensured that every element of the renovation came together as one coherent whole, providing a single point of contact from the earliest planning discussions through to completion.
WANSTEAD – VICTORIAN SCHOOL HOUSE (E11)
Thoughtfully leading the complete renovation of a unique Victorian school conversion.
Originally built as a Victorian school, this distinctive mezzanine apartment required a carefully coordinated refurbishment that respected the building's original character while adapting it for contemporary living.
Full Circle led the project from planning through to completion, assembling and coordinating a trusted team of specialist trades, managing day-to-day site operations and guiding the homeowners through every significant decision. Particular attention was given to preserving the property's unique architectural features while integrating modern finishes and services into the existing structure.
The result is a home that celebrates the building's heritage while demonstrating how thoughtful project leadership and careful craftsmanship can transform an unusual property into an elegant contemporary living space.
TOOTING – FAMILY HOME EXTENSION (SW17)
A complete transformation of a Victorian family home, personally led from planning through to completion.
This project involved a substantial extension and full refurbishment of a Victorian family home, creating a more spacious, practical and light-filled living environment while carefully integrating the new spaces with the character of the original property.
Full Circle led the project throughout, coordinating specialist trades, managing day-to-day site operations and guiding the homeowners through every stage of the renovation. From planning and procurement to construction and final detailing, our role was to bring together the many moving parts of a complex residential project into one carefully managed process with a single point of responsibility.
