A successful renovation depends on much more than the work carried out on site. We bring together the planning, people, information and decisions required to move a project forward as one coherent whole.

Our involvement is shaped around each project, but typically extends across four connected stages.

DISCOVERY & FEASIBILITY

Before committing to a direction, we help establish what is realistic — defining the scope, priorities, likely budget and practical requirements of the project. Where specialist input is needed, we identify and coordinate the appropriate consultants at an early stage.

PLANNING & TENDER

We develop the project towards construction, coordinating drawings, specifications and key design decisions, obtaining and reviewing quotations, and assembling the right team for the work. The aim is to resolve as much as possible before work begins rather than leaving important decisions to the building stage.

SITE COORDINATION

Once work is underway, we remain closely involved in its day-to-day direction — coordinating trades and specialists, managing information and decisions, monitoring progress and quality, and dealing with the inevitable practical questions that arise during a renovation.

OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE

FOR CLIENTS WHO CANNOT OR DO NOT WISH TO MANAGE THE PROJECT THEMSELVES — INCLUDING THOSE LIVING ABROAD OR FREQUENTLY AWAY FROM LONDON — WE ACT AS THEIR PRINCIPAL POINT OF CONTACT THROUGHOUT.
