Two Bedroom Flat Renovation - Pimlico/Victoria (SW1P)
Completed in early 2013, this is a two bedroom full flat renovation near Pimlico. The job included the installation of all new electrics, plumbing and heating, demolition and structural works, building new walls, installation of two bathrooms and a kitchen, as well as thorough redecoration, new floors and joinery. The flat is within a mansion block and is located on a main road. The purpose of the project was to help our client increase the market value of the property in the most efficient and reasonable way, hassle-free. The property was sold to a profit shortly after completion of the renovation works.
